A qualified civil engineer with over 25 years of industrial experience that spans infrastructure projects and trading and commercial houses. Immensely knowledgeable, with considerable experience in civil engineering, he mainly takes care of engineering, fire and project claims.

He has successfully handled fire and infrastructure claims including thermal and hydro-electric power plants, power plant equipment, tunnelling, roads, bridges, dams and building structures. He is proficient in legal aspects too.

The youngest member of the group, Rohit has brought innovation and fresh ideas to the company to make it truly global. Short but important stints with various surveyor companies in India led him to the leading global conglomerate Cunningham Lindsey International, where he served for close to five years and gained considerable experience in loss assessment of fire, marine, engineering and liability claims, and in legal matters.

An engineering graduate who worked in the electrical maintenance department of Jindal Iron and Steel early in his career, he is today a celebrated speaker on insurance subjects at various national and international platforms.

A Chartered Accountant by profession, Suresh Kumar has been handling survey and loss assessment claims for over 13 years. He served at the leading international conglomerate Cunningham Lindsey International for 4 years before joining Absolute Insurance Surveyors and Loss Assessors Pvt. Ltd. as a Director, a position he held until March 2014.

With in-depth knowledge of Fire, Marine, Miscellaneous and LOP claims and their legal aspects, he has been working with SKAAD since March 2014. He has been invited to various forums to share his knowledge and experience of insurance. His interest lies predominantly in bankers’ and jeweller’s block policies, with specialisation in claims related to fraud and fraudulent transactions.
